My Story

I am a level 3 certified personal trainer, online coach based in the highlands of Scotland who specialises in weight loss, sustainable nutrition, performance and technique. I personally have been on a fitness journey of my own the last few years and this has ignited my passion to help others overcome the obstacles they face on their journeys.
